Smarty

An assistant built around your day.

One assistant, three ways in. Call it from the car, message it from a meeting, or open it in a browser tab, and it is the same assistant every time. It knows your calendar, your inbox, your people, and what you have asked it to remember.

Built for a CEO and in daily use since February 2026.

SmartyDone. 24 hours from now on. Takes effect on tonight’s sweep.
Youanything new on the condo watch?
SmartyOne new 2-bed in the first building at $3.42/sf, above the last three leases. One rental source failed its live check, so that building is marked unverified rather than guessed.
What it does

Three things you will use every day.

Catch up on important emails.

Ask what needs you today and get the short version: who wrote, what they need, and by when. Reply from the same conversation.

Draft messages and manage calendar changes.

“Move my 2pm to 4.” “Text David I’m running late.” Smarty drafts it, reads it back, and sends only when you say so.

Get briefings and follow-up reminders.

A morning briefing, an afternoon list of open items, and reminders that fire on your local clock wherever you are.

In practice

What a conversation looks like.

These exchanges are illustrative. They are written to show Smarty’s real features, not transcribed from a client’s account.

A normal day

What Smarty does without being asked.

The schedule below is how one CEO’s Smarty is set up. Yours is tuned to your day, by talking to it.

  • 6:30aThe morning briefing: today’s calendar and birthdays, email that needs you, the weather where you actually are, and one coaching nudge against the goals you wrote down.
  • 7:00aMarket watch on the properties you care about: live listings, comparable leases, and what closed at what price per foot. Any source it could not verify is called out, not hidden.
  • 8:00aRainfall and forecast for the property, and whether the sprinklers should run.
  • All day“Move my 2pm to 4.” “What did she say about the lease?” “Remember that Greg’s number changed.” Voice or text, wherever you are.
  • 4:00pOpen-items email: what you asked for, what is done, and what is waiting on you.
  • SundayA weekly review against your written goals: progress, slips, and one thing to try next week.
How it is built

Why you can trust it with your inbox.

  • Confirm before send.Emails and texts are drafted, read back, and sent only after you approve the wording. This is enforced in the code that sends, not left to the model.
  • Tuned by talking.“Flag emails after 24 hours, not 48.” Changed in that conversation. No settings screen, no developer.
  • Switch features off by asking.Any briefing or automation can be turned off, and back on, with a message.
  • It checks itself.Hourly self-checks confirm the assistant and its connections are working. Every phone call is transcribed and emailed to you when it ends.
  • Follows you.Briefings and reminders fire on your local clock when you travel, and snap back when you are home.
  • Runs on hardware you own.The assistant, its memory, and its data live on a dedicated machine set up for you, not on a shared service.
